CLASSIC - Why did my Classic KWh Production RESET during the day...

Classic starts out making Kwh but sometime during the day it gets reset to ZERO so at sundown Kwh is not the daily total.
Classic is using 24hr military Time.
User has 2pm set to 2:00 instead of 14:00 for example.
Classic thinks 12 noon is midnight so it saves the Kwh and starts a new day @ noon instead of midnight.
Or, the Clock is not set...
